 DELIVERY:

  • Carriage is included on all orders over £50.
  • Delivery to most mainland destinations is by next day carrier for orders received before 4pm.
  • Saturday and timed deliveries are available at additional cost.
  • Third party deliveries - for example direct to your customer - are available at no extra charge.
  • Pallet delivery is two to three days for orders recieved before 1pm.
  • Next day pallet delivery is available at additional cost.

GUARANTEE:

The standard guarantee on all our products is a ONE year return to base warranty.

If there is a manufacturing defect we will collect, repair and return the unit or at our discretion we may supply a replacement product. Please note that it is the user's responsibility to remove and replace the product and to make sure the site is safe in the interim period.

Our Microboil standard boiling water units come with a one year on-site warranty and the Microboil Premier range has a three year on-site warranty. We will arrange for a service engineer to rectify any manufacturing defect.

We will be happy to quote on any product for other warranty options including on-site and greater than one year - where required these must be taken out at time of purchase.

Neither the standard nor on-site guarantee covers consequential or other indirect costs arising from a product failure, nor does it include the results of incorrect installation, misuse/vandalism, failure to operate the product in accordance with the instructions or (in the case of water heaters) the result of limescale.

IMPORTANT:

If you or your customers are unfortunate enough to experience a problem you should first contact our service department on 01977 517 555 before taking further action. Experience has shown that issues can often be resolved without the need to return or un-install the product.
