Hyco Manufacturing Ltd has been established for over 20 years and is a West Yorkshire based manufacturer and distributor of electrical equipment specialising in Water Heating, Space Heating and Hand Dryers.

We have continued to grow through the recession by focussing on our core strengths of offering:

DELIVERY:

We send in stock orders placed before 4pm by overnight carrier to most mainland UK destinations. Our standard delivery service to Ireland is two days. Pallet delivery is two to three days for orders received before 1pm. Next day pallet delivery is available at additional cost.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT:

Our sales team will be able to answer your queries or refer you to a product specialist. 

GUARANTEE:

The standard guarantee on all our products is a ONE year return to base warranty.

If there is a manufacturing defect we will collect, repair and return the unit or at our discretion we may supply a replacement product.

Our Microboil standard boiling water units come with a one year on-site warranty and the Microboil Premier range has a three year on-site warranty. We will arrange for a service engineer to rectify any manufacturing defect.

For our water heating products limescale damage and frost damage are not covered by warranty.

We will be happy to quote on any product for other warranty options including on-site and greater than one year - where required these must be taken out at time of purchase.

Neither the standard nor on-site guarantee covers consequential or other indirect costs arising from a product failure, nor does it include the results of incorrect installation, misuse/vandalism, failure to operate the product in accordance with the instructions or (in the case of water heaters) the result of limescale.

IMPORTANT:

If you or your customers are unfortunate enough to experience a problem you should first contact our service department on 01924 225 200 before taking further action. Experience has shown that issues can often be resolved without the need to return or un-install the product.
